Why use a company who doesn't process each of their customers' deer separately? The meat you're eating may or may not even be what you killed! John's Elgin Market makes sure that your cuts and ground are 100% from your trophy. Any sausage does go into group batches.

((BBQ $1.00 & cheese .50 cents extra per pound))

Note: 10 pounds of 2 pound sausages will weigh approx. 8 pounds finished
          10 pounds of snack sticks will weigh approx. 5 pounds finished



Fresh Sausage: Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Fresh Polish, Breakfast, Bratwurst & Cheddar Bratwurst ((add .50 per pound))

Bacon: $4.00 per pound

Jerky Making
