John's Elgin Market allows customer returns will only be accepted if we are notified by phone within five (5) business days of you receiving your order. You can find all of our contact information on the tab at the top of the page that says "contact." Product is not returnable if the packaging has been opened.
Pricing Information; Availability Disclaimer
Seller reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products offerings for reasons including, but not limited to product discontinuation, product unavailability, and price changes. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, seller cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill customer’s orders. If not represented on the website that a product cannot be fulfilled, seller will notify the buyer via email or telephone.
Payment
Customer agrees to pay the total purchase price of all products ordered along with the flat rate shipping cost through either UPS or USPS. Customer will be notified when payment has been received, processed, and order has been shipped.
