Custom sausage making
We make your sausage with a mix of 50% game and 50% our trimmings.
The cost is $2.50 per pound of raw weight for smoked sausage, and $3.00 per pound for fresh sausage.
10 lbs. of raw sausage will become approximately 8 lbs. of smoked sausage when finished.
10 lbs. of raw sticks will become approximately 5 lbs. of smoked sticks when finished.
Smoked Sausage: Choose from summer, salami, fire salami, and salami w/ cheddar cheese. Each sausage weighs 2 lbs. (Salami w/ cheddar cheese is $0.50 per pound extra)
Smoked Sticks: Choose from mild, teriyaki, fire, hotter-n-hell, and BBQ. (BBQ is $1.00 per pound extra)
Fresh Sausage: Choose from bratwurst, mild italian, hot italian, fresh polish, and breakfast. All sausages are wrapped up 4 to a package.
Don't forget! You can rotate your freezer! Bring in last year's meat and we can turn it into this year's sausage.
Jerky making
Supply us with your hind leg or loin meat, and enjoy your own jerky.
The cost is $3.00 per pound of raw weight.
10 lbs. of raw jerky will weigh approximately 2.5 lbs. when finished.
Jerky: Choose from mild, teriyaki, black pepper, hot & spicy, or BBQ. (BBQ is $1.00 per pound extra)
